Blue Heaven Constructions has a beautiful showroom and a hands-on design center where you can see and feel the look you’ve imagined before making your remodeling decisions. View color schemes, evaluate tile surfaces, compare cabinetry textures, review wallpaper styles, experiment with faux finishes and view paint options – all in one convenient, comfortable place.
Finished kitchens and bath areas, a home office/library area, a wet bar and butler’s pantry area allow customers to see the latest home improvement ideas and visualize what Blue Heaven Constructions can do for them. Many different trim options and a variety of countertop and backsplash designs are displayed as well. Rather than try to make selections from sample books, blue heaven customers can see wood and tile floor patterns installed on the showroom floor.

Dillon joined Blue Heaven in July 2024 after relocating to the Sacramento area from Washington State. He has been in the construction industry for 10+ years. The last four were spent running his own business, and before that, he was a Project Manager for a well-known full-service remodeler in Maryville, Washington. Dillon brings a wealth of knowledge in construction, business management, and information technology to Blue Heaven.

Blue Heaven Constructions is located on the Southeast corner of Preston Road and Gaylord Parkway. Our showroom is facing north to Gaylord Parkway and the Lowes Hardware across the street.

2. How long has Blue Heaven Constructions been in business?
Blue Heaven has proudly been in business since 2001.
3. Does Blue Heaven Constructions have all their required remodeling licenses?
Blue Heaven is registered in all local municipalities and counties to perform a wide range of construction and renovation services for our clients. Sacramento does not require remodelers and most contractors to have licenses. Some situations do require permits from your city and county, and when they are required, Blue Heaven Constructions will document and procure all necessary permits.
4. Are you licensed and insured?
Blue Heaven Constructions is licensed in Sacramento, Roseville, Natomas, Elk Grove We carry liability, disability, and worker’s compensation insurance with total coverage of $5 million. Sure, it may seem excessive; and yes, that policy was difficult and expensive to get, but we believe our clients should have complete peace of mind when we are working in their home.
5. Do you have architects, interior designers, and other specialists on staff at Blue Heaven Constructions?
We do not have architects on staff, but we have relationships with some of the top architects and architectural firms in the area. We do have deep backgrounds in all of the appropriate disciplines relating to design, construction, project management, and business management. One of our key focus areas has always been education.
