Three-Year warranty on all work Blue Heaven Constructions provides!
Appliances, plumbing, lighting, roofing, and other materials and services provided by the client separately is not covered under Elite’s warranty program.
Structural Warranty
We offer a full 10-YEAR on all structural improvements.
Foundations, framing, roofing, and other structural elements of the remodel are covered by a 10-year warranty insured by our third-party insurance partner, Structure Home Warranty, Inc.

Blue Heaven will facilitate manufacturer warranty claims for initially installed appliances and systems, covering labor for replacements (excluding damage from misuse, wear, etc.), with individual situation evaluations for client support.

The average contractors and remodeling company may only provide you with a one-year, limited, home warranty plan on materials, service and structural components. However, Blue Heaven Constructions offers a full THREE-YEAR warranty on all labor and materials (provided by Blue Heaven Constructions) along with a 10-YEAR warranty on all workmanship of structural components added to your home.
